| John Squire. MBA, CPA |
The vision developed by John Squire and Susan Lemkin in creating our firm in 1997, was to distill the experience and values they shared into a distinct culture unique in the practice of public accounting. From PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where John spent the first four years of his career, he brought a very high level of professionalism: how to set high standards and get things done right. From his position as a partner in two regional firms, he blended in business acumen, experience, and judgment: how to creatively meet our clients’ needs within the context of the standards and regulations to which we must adhere. And from his firm belief that skilled, well trained professionals are the source of the highest quality client service, he brought a focus on mentoring and developing young people into strong, confident, consummate professionals: how to help young people apply the knowledge they have acquired, set high standards for themselves, and build productive, lasting relationships.
An Economics major at Lehigh University, John also earned a Masters in Business Administration from American University with a concentration in accounting. He is licensed as a CPA in both the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is the proud father of three sons.
